National – Australia

MyCraze.com.au uses Australia Post to deliver most of it’s products. All postage includes tracking, with Eparcel safe Drop to ensure quick delivery. Signature available at request, which if you arn’t home will mean a card will be left at your door and you will need to go to your local Post Office to collect and sign for.  Click and Collect service also available on certain sized items, so please be aware of what you are buying in regards to the size of the item as click and collect only accept certain sizes.

All purchases need approximately 24hrs to process and then be sent out the next working day.  Tracking numbers will generally be uploaded within 24hours sometimes  more and sometimes less depending on when the purchase is made. 

International - Currently we do not ship internationally.
